WEKITA, a 50-location childcare chain and a market leader in Germany, has adopted Playvation’s early English materials to support their teachers in early English teaching.
New materials and pedagogical support
When children are introduced to foreign languages in a playful way at an early age, they can achieve amazing learning results. This is why WEKITA offers weekly English sessions with a playful and musical approach at their facilities. This “early English” offering complements WEKITA’s child-oriented care, family-like environment, and sustainably sourced meals.
Now WEKITA is strengthening its English offering by incorporating Playvation’s Moomin Language School into their English sessions. Moomin Language School’s online platform can be accessed anywhere, and it provides tons of audio material by native speakers and pedagogical support and tips for educators.
With this collaboration, WEKITA’s English teachers can use Moomin Language School’s over 400 songs, rhymes, stories, drama, movement games and arts & crafts activities to enrich their playful English sessions. Additionally, WEKITA’s educators get access to a certification course on early language teaching to support their professional development.
